It was really amazing to see (and TOUCH) the Wailing Wall.
My sister putting her prayers into the a crack in the wall
Enormous
Then we passed by the Arabian market. I wanted to buy so many things!
People selling the donut bread (also mentioned here)
Part of the Lion's Gate
Then we went to Aroma Espresso Bar
Chocolate-orange muffin
Almond croissant
Chocolate milkshake
Coffee and frothy milk
On the way to the Yad Vashem Holocaust Museum (we were constantly on the go) I spotted some Israeli soldiers. They looked like runway models!
Some trees were dedicated to the memory of certain Holocaust victims by their surviving loved ones
It was a really sad place :(
A bronze tribute for Janusz Korczak, Holocaust hero
We weren't allowed to take pictures in both the Children's Memorial and in the museum. It was a really draining experience, but it makes you bent on never standing by and watching other people suffer. I suggest you all visit the place and remember. You can also explore the Yad Vashem website here.
"I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you."
God bless Israel!
