It's hard to get over such a good bowl of Pho.
They say its the best Sydney has to offer.
Apparently, the ones in Vietnam are the same, except dirtier.
Dirtier+environment= more authentic.
See that bowl of pho?
That large large large bowl of hot pho?
That's all you need to see.
That's what we all had at the restaurant.
That's what they're popular for.
They serve bowls of pho with massive portions of beansprouts, basil, and lemon.
These accoutrements are NOT to be scrimped on.
The broth was very aromatic. Each spoonful would give you such a PUNCH. The flavours of the different spices used in the broth were distinct. It was topped with a medley of beef- from raw flank to tendon and tripe. And of course, those lovely rice noodles to fill you up.
There's nothing better than having a bowl of that hot pho on a cold rainy day. It fills you up and makes you all happy and giddy inside. Also, it's even better when enjoyed with GREAT company!
To more hot bowls of pho when its raining,
