Curry Popcorn with Seaweed

I love popcorn.

I think it's good for you.

I often replace butter with olive oil.
Just because I think its better that way.

And I often muck around with these weird combinations in my head.

More often than not they turn out pretty okay!

And this is one of them.


I use Japanese curry blocks, melt it in butter, douse the black pepper, sometimes a bit of chilli flakes for kick, and finally tearing bits and pieces of seaweed into the mix.

Make sure you use good quality, slightly crunchy seaweed. It's good stuff and I'm sure you won't regret it.
