My mother cooked us dinner the other night, and everything revolved around an Asian theme. She's been taking lessons at ISCAHM and we've all benefited from it! :)
Kimchi soup: very tasty! My whole family is crazy about kimchi soup.
Korean-style pork bacon. My mom's into this no-preservatives thing now, so we make our own bacon.

And excellent tempura! This was the best tempura I ever had
That's all! I've had a tiring but happy week and I know the upcoming will be just as happy and fulfilling.
